EV Charging Tech Support Specialist (Remote)

Twoconnect seeks a technical support specialist to assist customers with EV charging stations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guide installation and maintenance, and escalate complex problems to engineering when needed. The role includes monitoring performance, documenting interactions in a ticketing system, and participating in firmware updates and remote diagnostics. Training may be provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
