Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, continuous care for individuals and families throughout their life stages, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Must be eligible for (or possess) an active Pennsylvania medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
