Roofing Sales Representative (1099 - High Commission Only) – Topeka / Manhattan Area

This is a 1099 contractor role with a high-commission-only structure, offering an incredible opportunity for top earners to take control of their income.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll focus on driving residential (Shingle, Metal) and commercial (TPO) roofing contracts. Your day-to-day will include:

• Generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in your territory.
• Conducting in-person consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions.
• Closing deals and ensuring a seamless handoff to our operations team for project execution.

We’re looking for experienced, driven sales professionals with:

• At least 1 year of experience in outside sales, door-to-door (D2D) sales, or related industries (Roofing, Solar, Home Security, or Insurance Adjusting).
• A reliable vehicle and smartphone.
• A competitive, independent mindset with the discipline to work without micro-management.

This is a high-commission-only role with a top-tier structure:

• 50/50 split on net profit or a flat percentage per closed contract.
• Average earnings: $70,000 per year.
• Top producers: $200,000+ per year.
  Commissions are paid promptly as soon as client deposits clear and jobs are completed.
