ACGME Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, MD/DOJoin a dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive primary care services across all age groups in a supportive regional healthcare setting in the Pacific Northwest. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.Job SummaryAs a primary care provider, you will manage a dedicated patient panel, delivering continuous and comprehensive care for infants, children, youth, and adults. You will engage in consultations with other healthcare practitioners and actively participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives to enhance family medicine services.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver family medicine services in both clinic and hospital environments.Participate in medical record audits, policy development, and regulatory compliance activities.Submit professional service charges timely and provide agreed-upon charity care.Fulfill on-call and call coverage duties as required.Engage in community outreach and contribute to patient and provider satisfaction efforts.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.Provide input on budget, staffing, and equipment needs, and assist with supervision of non-provider staff.Support a positive, collaborative work environment and uphold organizational values.Education and ExperienceSuccessful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.Licenses and CertificationsActive, unrestricted MD or DO license in the state of Washington.DEA certification.Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.Skills and AbilitiesStrong diagnostic and treatment planning skills across a broad range of medical conditions.Proficiency with current technology and ability to learn new systems.Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.Strong organizational, critical thinking, and independent judgment capabilities.Work Environment and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a supportive work environment in a regional healthcare setting known for its accessibility and commitment to community health.
