Food Runner

The Food Runner assists the servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of dishes. This role helps maintain a smooth dining experience by supporting the front-of-house team and communicating with the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Ensure orders are complete and accurate before leaving the kitchen
Deliver dishes to the correct tables promptly
Communicate any special instructions or modifications to guests
Assist servers by clearing dishes and replenishing table settings
Refill water and beverages as needed
Keep service stations stocked and clean
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food flow
Uphold sanitation and safety standards throughout service

Requirements

Ability to carry heavy trays and navigate through a busy restaurant
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
