Franchise Development ManagerFort Lee, New Jersey, United StatesAbout the Job Franchise Development ManagerReports To: Franchise Development Senior ManagerJob Type: Full Time EmployeeDepartment: Business DevelopmentSummaryJob duties include but are not limited to the following:Proactively identify and engage potential franchisees through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and digital channelsPresent franchise opportunities and conduct business discussions to guide prospects through the discovery processManage and track sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategiesMaintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to promote satisfaction and long-term successEnsure compliance with all franchise regulation, disclosure requirements, and company policiesRepresent the brand at trade shows, franchise expos, and other industry eventsQualificationsBachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or related industry.Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in franchise salesStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsStrong organization and project management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales management toolsWillingness to travel as required
