Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy at client homes Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA Collect data and submit session notes Collaborate with peers and supervisors Participate in staff meetings and trainings Maintain promptness and reliability for appointments, including having a vehicle and a valid driver’s license Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families Valid state identification card Reliable transportation Pass a criminal background check RBT Certification (Required) Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, up to 25% travel Paid time off, including six legal holidays Paid maternity leave 401(k) matching Health, dental, vision and life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Abtaba
