Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license to practice (or eligible to obtain) in Nebraska
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to varied student needs and learning styles

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other team members
• Provide therapy services and monitor student progress
• Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Stay current on best practices in school-based SLP services and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
• The caseload will be finalized before your start date
