Your role as a Clinic AdministratorAs the Clinic Administrator at Katy Trail Community Health, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the two Sedalia Clinics. Your responsibilities will include defining the clinic's mission and goals while ensuring adherence to budgetary and performance standards, effectively communicating these objectives to the staff. Drawing on your knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, you will implement skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising to optimize clinic operations.
This position requires collaboration with physicians, staff, patients, and external agencies, making your interpersonal skills essential. Additionally, you will gather and analyze data in a physician office setting, promoting informed decision-making. The ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment will be key as you navigate challenges and provide effective solutions, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for our community.
Requirements for this Clinic Administrator jobTo excel as the Clinic Administrator at Katy Trail Community Health, candidates must possess a minimum of RN licensure, a bachelor's degree in health administration, or Certification as a Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). A minimum of five years of experience in an outpatient office setting, preferably in a leadership role, is essential for navigating the complexities of clinic management. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying the clinic's mission and engaging with staff, physicians, and patients.
Additionally, the ability to travel on a flexible schedule is necessary, as you may need to address various operational challenges or collaborate with external agencies. Finally, proof of liability and property damage insurance for the vehicle used is required to ensure accountability and compliance. Your combination of skills and experience will be instrumental in driving the clinic's success and enhancing patient care.
