Comfort Keepers - - Responsibilities: Assist the client with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and/or ambulation; Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment with light housekeeping; Assist in meeting nutritional needs by meal planning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, dishes, and kitchen clean-up; Provide incidental transportation in personal or client's vehicle for errands, medical appointments, and activities; Observe and report changes in client's mental, physical, or emotional condition and home situation to office staff
