LPN Supervisors assist with many levels of care including dementia care, IVs, wound care, orthopedic care, post-surgical care, med pass, rehabilitation services and numerous chronic health conditions. LPN Supervisors provide leadership to CNAs. LPN Supervisors also work closely with our RN Supervisors, physicians and management team to ensure our high standards of resident care.
