Lead Data Scientist

Overview Are you passionate about turning data into real-world impact? We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our high-performing Analytics team and lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models that drive smarter decisions across the business. In this role, you’ll own the full model lifecycle — from problem framing and data prep to modeling, evaluation, and deployment . You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that shape strategy and operations. What You’ll Do Build and deploy predictive models using Python, R, or similar tools Collaborate with business teams to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions Prepare and engineer data for modeling using SQL, Spark, or cloud data tools (AWS, etc.) Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure data quality and model performance across the full lifecycle What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning Strong foundation in statistics, ML, and predictive analytics Hands-on experience delivering models into production Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with cloud platforms like AWS a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Bonus If You Have Knowledge of MLOps, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or big data tech (Spark, Hadoop) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Apt
