This unique opportunity allows you to make a difference with our residents, supporting their emotional well-being and enhancing their daily lives through meaningful engagement.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in long-term care, social services, or activities is preferredStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsCompassionate, dependable, and team-orientedAbility to work occasional weekends or evenings for special eventsJob ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and carrying out recreational and therapeutic activities for residents under the direction of the Activity DirectorEngage residents in group and one-on-one programs to promote socialization, physical movement, and overall well-beingEncourage residents to participation in activities based on individual interests, abilities, and care plansHelp set up, transport, and escort residents to and from activity programs safelyProvide support during outing, special events, and holiday celebrationsMaintain activity supplies, equipment, and program areas in a clean and organized mannerDocument resident attendance, participation levels, and responses to activities as directedCommunicate with nursing staff and other team members regarding resident needs and preferencesWhy Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?We believe in supporting the people who care for our residents every day.
