Clinical Nurse CoordinatorThe Clinical Coordinator in Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the nursing department. This role involves coordinating clinical activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital link between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams.Essential FunctionsOverseeing nursing staff schedules, assignments, and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operationsEnsuring high-quality patient care by collaborating with healthcare teams, reviewing patient progress, and addressing concernsEnsuring nursing practices align with hospital protocols, regulations, and safety standardsProviding guidance, mentoring, and ongoing education to nursing staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to best practicesWorking closely with physicians, department heads, and support staff to facilitate patient care and address any operational issuesManaging nursing supplies, equipment, and budget resources to maintain operational efficiencyQualificationsEducation: Associate's Degree in NursingLicense: Registered Nurse CertificationBasic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationAdvance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationPediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) through American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationExperience: Two (2) year in clinical nursingTwo (2) years of supervisory experiencePrimary LocationSpring HillWork LocationsTGH Spring Hill 10461 Quality Drive Spring Hill 34609 Eligible for Remote Work: On SiteJobNursing (LPNs, RNs)OrganizationTampa General Hospital-HernandoShiftNight JobJob TypeOn Site Shift Hours: 7pm - 7amMinimum Salary35.51
