Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and an additional $300 for each unloaded trailer. Drivers average 900–1200 miles per week and complete three loads. Each trailer includes 2‑4 stops. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1–35 LBS onto a conveyor belt for store personnel; drivers do not handle inventory or merchandising. While on a 34‑hour home reset, drivers may still have a load. When the week starts, they finish deliveries and then head back to the DC for the next load.
