Outpatient Coder II: IR/Cardiology & Observation
San Antonio Regional Hospital
San Antonio Regional Hospital seeks a Coder II to code outpatient surgical, interventional radiology/cardiology procedures and Observation accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing patient records to assign accurate codes, and entering charges for Observation hours, infusions, injections, and bedside procedures while complying with CMS and Coding Clinic guidelines.
