You will bring together design excellence, technical rigor, and strategic thinking to deliver architecture that is both deeply functional and experientially rich. You will work within a highly collaborative, client-focused culture that values design quality, resilience, and social purpose.**What You Will Do*** Oversee major projects, shaping design direction, developing client relationships, and ensuring firm-wide excellence in project delivery and technical standards.* Lead multiple large-scale, complex projects from conceptual design through construction administration* Oversee quality assurance processes, design excellence, and technical rigor across teams* Build, strengthen, and manage key client relationships* Direct consultant coordination, project staffing, scheduling, and project financial performance* Support Project Managers and project teammates; ensure projects meet contractual obligations* Resolve advanced technical issues and ensure constructible, code-compliant solutions* Represent the firm in stakeholder meetings, regulatory reviews, and public presentations* Mentor emerging leaders; contribute to firm strategy, culture, and thought leadership**Your Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program* Registered / licensed Architect* 15+ years of relevant experience delivering complex buildings across all phases within a commercial design firm,* Proven expertise in project leadership, client management, and technical design* Strong business acumen, communication, and team leadership skills* Mastery of Revit and advanced understanding of integrated building systems* Passion for design excellence and continuous learning* Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices in specific work samples.
