Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy techniques to support healing and progress at home
• Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing professional development or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
