International Tax Manager

Location : Arlington, VA | REMOTE/Hybrid-Candidate must be local to the DMV area Compensation : $161k-$207k Total Comp Job Type : Full Time Why You Should Apply Opportunity to lead international tax work spanning compliance, ASC 740, and planning Primarily remote schedule with only limited required in-office collaboration Broad exposure to acquisitions, transfer pricing, legal entity restructuring, and global tax initiatives Collaborative, highly technical tax team with strong mentorship and long-term growth opportunities What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA (preferred) 8+ years of international tax experience 4+ years of leadership or management experience Technical knowledge of U.S. international tax, including Forms 5471, 8858, GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and ASC 740 tax provision Combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience (preferred) Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills What You’ll Be Doing Lead international tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision, and planning activities Prepare and review complex international tax calculations, filings, and reporting Support acquisitions, legal entity restructuring, transfer pricing, and other strategic tax initiatives Partner with finance and accounting teams across multiple business units and international locations Mentor and develop junior tax professionals while supporting the continued growth of the tax department Drive process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives within the tax function Research complex international tax issues and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with federal and international tax reporting requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Primary Recruiting Services
