Database Engineer (Only for Fulltime)

Our client is looking for Oracle/SQL DBA Engineer for a long-term project in Albany, NY (Hybrid) . Below is the detailed requirement. Role: Oracle/SQL DBA Engineer (Only for Fulltime) Location: Albany, NY, 3 days in office Experience Needed: 5+ years The candidate should have a strong understanding of various databases including Oracle, SQL Server, RDS, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Skills required: Proficiency with cloud services, especially AWS. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Jenkins. Experience with database migration. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues. Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible. Experience with Oracle and SQL Server upgrades. Understanding of GXP process and compliance requirements. Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks. Experience with database replication and scalability. Strong SQL query optimization skills. Proficiency with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Python, YAML. Experience with monitoring tools like OEM, Splunk, Solarwinds, New Relic, Cloud Watch, Grafana. Understanding of backup recovery tools like Cloudranger, Druva, Oracle RMAN. Familiarity with security tools such as CyberArc, Imperva.
