Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric settings or schools is highly desired
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy for elementary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and ongoing assessments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
