We are proud to have employees who embody our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Dedication & SustainabilityResponsibilities:Lead Industrial Electrical Construction jobs, Primarily in the Oil & Gas IndustryTypical job size is between $200K to $1M+Typical crew size between 2 to 6 peopleOversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsCoordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resourcesReview drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and scope clarityManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentationMaintain project schedules and ensure milestones are metEnsure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standardsThis is a field position, presence is required during construction operationsMaintain strong client relationshipsParticipate in project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholdersIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settingsDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issuesRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsInstall and connect wiring, conduits, switches, transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical componentsEnsure compliance with electrical codes and safety standardsInvestigate and problem solve to determine most efficient way to install changes to existing electrical serviceLead, mentor, and direct less experienced electriciansExperience/Qualifications:High School Diploma required5+ years of Industrial Electrical Construction experience2+ years experience as Project/Crew Lead for Electrical Construction project in the Oil and Gas IndustryMaster Electrician License preferredPMP certification preferredElectrical Construction Estimating experience preferredStrong experience in oil & gas facilities (upstream, midstream, or downstream preferred)Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, motor controls, and hazardous area classificationsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field personnelStrong knowledge of NEC (or applicable electrical code)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to travel to job sites as requiredExperience with Class I Div 1 & 2 installations #J-18808-Ljbffr
