• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, assisting in client interactions as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years in automotive sales management, with F&I experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and follow-up skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike
