Role Overview The Clinical Nurse RN provides patient care under a healthcare provider’s supervision, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with vital signs, examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Perform clinical skills such as blood draws, specimen preparation, and medication administration. Apply the Nursing Process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Conduct telephone triage, follow-up calls, and patient education using the Teach-back method. Manage referrals, documentation, and tracking follow-up appointments. Supervise delegated duties to LPNs and CMAs per protocols. Ensure compliance with safety, CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate electronic health records and participate in team meetings. Support clinic operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license in Illinois and Basic Life Support certification. Diploma in Nursing with clinical competence and experience. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to perform procedures, document accurately, and educate patients effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
