Onsite Print Services Specialist

Ricoh is looking for a customer-focused Onsite Print Services Specialist to support and maintain a managed print environment across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure printers and multifunction devices operate efficiently while delivering outstanding service to end users.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on printers and multifunction devices.
• Troubleshoot print-related issues and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Manage toner, paper, supplies, and inventory to prevent downtime.
• Support users with device assistance, training, and service requests.
• Track and document tickets in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate equipment installations, deployments, and relocations.
• Provide support for remote locations and monitor device readiness.
• Maintain operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience supporting office equipment, print services, or related operations (5+ years preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, copiers, or other office technology.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday as needed.
