Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer ILocation: Hopkinton, MASeeking an experienced Mechatronics Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis. The Mechatronics Engineer 1 will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrated electromechanical systems. This role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. The position will involve travel between our Boston and Hopkinton sites.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and test mechatronic systems and components.Develop control systems and algorithms for automated equipment.Troubleshoot and maintain existing mechatronic systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Document designs, processes, and test results.Travel between Boston and Hopkinton sites as needed.Skills:Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and control system design.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer.
