Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support clients and our Emergency Veterinary team in a fast-paced, walk-in hospital environment.This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary Customer Service Representative, Client Service Representative, or Veterinary CSR who is comfortable managing an unpredictable emergency caseload while providing exceptional client service.Why Join Animal Emergency ClinicAnimal Emergency Clinic in Grand Terrace is an AAHA-accredited emergency veterinary hospital that has served pets and families throughout the Inland Empire for more than 50 years. Currently open overnight on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends, AEC is preparing to expand to 24/7 emergency veterinary services.Because AEC is a walk-in emergency hospital, we do not schedule appointments.
