The Warehouse Production Worker will operate in a general merchandise warehouse environment, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment. Working primarily with basic barcode scanning systems, this role requires physical stamina and attention to detail. The position typically involves 8- to 10-hour shifts, with regular overtime and occasional weekend work, collaborated within both small teams led by a team leader and larger shift-based teams with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage inventory accurately
• Pick orders efficiently and prepare items for packing
• Pack items securely for shipping
• Prepare shipments following quality and accuracy standards
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate effectively within small and large team structures

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings
• Open Shifts 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are available
