Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Guide and educate patients and their families on the therapeutic journey, including goals, discharge strategies, and home exercise protocols
• Thoroughly document evaluations, treatments, and progress adhering to facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to promote cohesive and comprehensive care

Education

• Earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

• Prior hands-on experience highly preferred
