Senior Project Manager

General Responsibilities Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Oversee forecasting, reporting, and project controls. Support and guide Project Managers, ensuring effective use of processes, people, and technology. Build strong client relationships, support business development, and collaborate across teams to meet company growth and profitability goals. Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties Lead planning and execution of complex construction projects Manage strategic forecasting, reporting, and project documentation Ensure effective processes, staffing, and technology use across assigned Project Managers Strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities Collaborate with leadership and teams company-wide Provide mentoring and development for Project Managers and Superintendents Represent the company at industry and networking events Maintain compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory policies Respond to project-related inquiries and perform additional duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills Proven leadership and team-management experience Deep construction project management expertise Ability to drive project profitability and performance Strong client-relationship and business-development skills Proficient with project management software and technology Excellent communication and presentation abilities Highly collaborative, team-focused approach Valid driver’s license Education/Experience Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contracts construction preferred.
