We have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join us in our East Division. This is a hybrid position based in our Boston, MA office 2‑3 days per week and reports through the Chief Human Resources Officer . Must have a valid driver's license; this position may involve up to twenty‑percent (20%) travel. Responsibilities Collaborate with Division Leadership to promote a culture of professionalism and excellence. Understand business goals and design and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives, productivity, and HR development. Interface and engage at all levels of the organization. Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance. Partner with corporate recruiters and other Divisional HR Business Partners to ensure regulatory compliance and maximize efficiencies in the recruitment process. Monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of engagement. Assist managers and employees in developing a clear view of their career options and path to growth; support transparent and frequent conversations about goals and performance. Provide guidance and tools to ensure employees are compensated at market rates. Support a training program that develops employees’ skills in people, business, and project management. Manage employee relations issues, including investigating problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints. Investigate, prepare, and respond to EEOC legal responses as required. Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to managers and employees; write investigative reports. Experience Minimum 8+ years progressively responsible experience in HR within a multi‑state environment; broad experience with compensation and/or employee health and welfare programs/plans and training and development. At least three years of experience with employee relations, responding to EEOC complaints, implementing policies, and providing guidance to managers and employees on workplace issues; must handle confidential and sensitive situations professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated areas such as HR, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability, and Workers Compensation. Education BS and PHR/SHRM‑CP certification required. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid holidays. Salary range: $82,360–$151,919.
