• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illness.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Stay current with medical advancements and incorporate best practices into patient care.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Bilingual- Chinese Speaking or Spanish speaking needed
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
