System Administrator
Hansen Talent Group
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong System Administration with in-depth experience supporting end-user equipment, LAN equipment, and tier I/II system support. This is a full-time, contract position working 100% onsite with a great team offering longevity and upward mobility! Duties:
- Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
- Serve as active directory administrator, supporting access and group policies as well as managing assets through their
- Install and configure desktop applications. Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
- Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
- Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
- Support IT asset tracking and documentation.
- Hands-on technical support of end-user equipment and local area networks
- Desktop and deskside support
- Strong communication and collaboration.
