Automotive BDC Manager

Job Description Braman Miami is actively looking to add an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to our growing team. The BDC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the BDC team and ensuring the team continuously provides exceptional customer service. Inbound phone connectivity rate, appointments set rate, and call satisfaction will be measured Perform analysis on BDC activity to identify trends and enhancement opportunities Frequent coaching to improve BDC staff performance and ensure the team provides exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced work environment Resolve BDC customer service concerns or collaborate with the management team to resolve them Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor Ability to speak and communicate clearly Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and able to submit to a driving record check Ability to work in a technology‑oriented environment Job Details Job Type: Full‑time Pay: Starting at $100,000 based on experience Work Location: In person Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Braman Miami
