About the Role Full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional at AJ Abdelkhalek – State Farm Agency, Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Requirements Active Property and Casualty insurance license. Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Self‑motivated and able to multi‑task. Ability to effectively relate to customers. Experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, and life & health licenses preferred. Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
