Job Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and developing effective sales presentations. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Write and design compelling email content, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to create valuable content that highlights successes, best practices, or problem-solving approaches. Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Research and analyze market data to stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging content strategies. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, including engagement metrics, user feedback, and market research. Support the Director of Marketing and the Project Manager on all marketing initiatives. Develop strategies to nurture and engage leads through the email marketing funnel. Manage email lists, ensuring compliance with best practices and data protection regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Ability to work with databases Familiarity with Facebook Insights for social media marketing Experience in creating and managing advertisements Proficiency in data analytics Demonstrable experience in blogging for promoting brand awareness Knowledge of campaign planning and execution A minimum of two years of experience in a digital marketing role #J-18808-Ljbffr
