Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Weekend Hospice RN to provide home-based end-of-life care to patients across our Connecticut service area. In this field-based role, you’ll complete holistic assessments, manage complex symptoms, administer medications, and deliver skilled nursing interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary hospice team, educate and support families, and ensure individualized care plans honor patient goals.
