ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the insurance industry as a Sales Leader, where I developed a passion for coaching others and building successful teams. I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, have been married for 17 years, and have two sons. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with my family.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I'm actively involved with Rotary, several Chambers of Commerce, and serve on multiple local boards. Building relationships and making a positive impact in our community are core values of our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Jason Bryant - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Mondays through Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM - 12 Noon.
