Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Site Superintendent to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of construction practices and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. This role will provide hands‑on support to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team on active job sites. Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day site operations and coordination of trades Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards Support scheduling, delivery tracking, and site documentation Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members Participate in project meetings and assist with progress reporting Ensure tasks are completed according to plans, timelines, and quality requirements Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in construction or related field Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with supervisors Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Authorization to work in the United States What will you get in return?
