Services include therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve an optimal level of emotional health, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services for clients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short‑term family therapy, and information and referrals as needed. This position is school based. Responsibilities Provide clinical treatment and care coordination for patients in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), conduct therapeutic sessions, perform crisis interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation and treatment planning. Qualifications Doctoral or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field. Minimum two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. Strong clinical assessment skills. Licensed in the state of Arizona in social work, counseling or clinical related mental health field. Required Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LISAC or LMFT. Minimum requirement: LMSW, LAC, LASAC. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain within one month of employment.
