Traffic and Programming Assistant/Receptionist

Alpena, MI Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage daily program logs Schedule commercials, promotions, and public service announcements Ensure correct spot placement per client and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with sales, production, and programming teams Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records Support data entry, reporting, and special projects Answer phones and direct calls professionally Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk presence Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organization Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Friendly and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience in broadcast traffic, programming, admin support, or receptionist roles Familiarity with traffic or scheduling software WideOrbit experience preferred Benefits & Perks Supportive work environment, training, medical/dental/vision insurance, EAP, FSA, 401(k), and paid time off for full time employees.
