Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, or similar support role within schools
• Understanding of elementary caseloads and the ability to adapt to diverse student needs
• Familiarity with implementing behavioral interventions and supporting students with varying needs
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside teachers and school staff
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in dynamic classroom environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing individualized and group support to elementary students as directed by certified staff
• Implement behavioral plans and reinforce positive behaviors in classroom activities and routines
• Support classroom management, encourage student engagement, and help maintain a supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists in monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions regarding caseloads and intervention effectiveness
