Licensure/Certs: Active RN license in FL, BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Experience: 2+ years of RN experience in a clinical setting

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within the scope of practice
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate and supervise nursing team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all patients and staff

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

• Certification in a nursing specialty
• Experience working in a Post-Care or similar unit
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and software
