Position Summary

The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing, business development, and operational activities of Jones Aur. This position plays a key role in developing professional marketing materials, promoting property listings, maintaining the brokerage's digital presence, and providing administrative and marketing support to brokers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with brokerage leadership and individual brokers to ensure properties are marketed effectively, brand standards are maintained, and marketing initiatives contribute to the continued growth and success of the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Property Marketing & Listing Management

\n

\n
• Develop, design, and maintain professional marketing materials for listings, including offering memorandums, brochures, flyers, presentations, and property information packages.
\n
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of property marketing materials across appropriate digital and traditional marketing channels.
\n
• Create, update, and maintain commercial property listings on platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and other applicable listing services.
\n
• Coordinate professional photography, aerial imagery, property videos, signage, and other marketing resources as needed.
\n
• Ensure property marketing materials accurately reflect current availability, pricing, specifications, and relevant property information.
\n
• Work with brokers to develop property-specific marketing strategies that effectively communicate each property's unique value proposition.
\n
• Maintain organized digital records of marketing materials, property photographs, floor plans, and other listing-related documentation.
\n

Brokerage Marketing & Brand Development

\n

\n
• Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness of the brokerage and its services.
\n
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across marketing materials, presentations, and communications.
\n
• Assist in developing company marketing collateral, including capability statements, broker biographies, company presentations, and promotional materials.
\n
• Coordinate announcements highlighting new listings, completed transactions, company achievements, and other relevant business developments.
\n
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other communications targeting clients, prospects, and industry contacts.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve the brokerage's marketing materials, brand visibility, and overall market presence.

Digital Marketing

\n

\n
• Develop and schedule content highlighting available properties, completed transactions, market activity, broker achievements, and company news.
\n
• Coordinate website updates to ensure property listings, broker information, and company content remain accurate and current.
\n
• Assist with the development of digital marketing campaigns designed to increase property exposure and generate prospective tenant, buyer, or investor interest.
\n
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics across digital marketing platforms.
\n
• Recommend improvements to digital marketing strategies based on engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.
\n

Broker Support & Business Development

\n

\n
• Provide marketing and administrative support to brokerage personnel to improve efficiency and allow brokers to focus on revenue-generating activities.
\n
• Assist brokers in preparing proposals, presentations, pitches, broker opinion of value packages, and other client-facing materials.
\n
• Support business development initiatives through prospect research, market information gathering, and preparation of outreach materials.
\n
• Assist in maintaining and organizing prospect, client, and property information within the company's CRM and other applicable systems.
\n
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing campaigns and property announcements to relevant brokers, prospective tenants, buyers, and other industry contacts.
\n
• Support the preparation of materials for client meetings, property tours, industry events, and business development presentations.
\n

Brokerage Administration & Coordination

\n

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of brokerage-related documentation, including listing agreements, property information, marketing records, and transaction files.
\n
• Coordinate with brokers, property managers, vendors, and other internal departments to obtain information necessary for marketing and brokerage activities.
\n
• Track marketing deadlines, project deliverables, listing updates, and other assigned brokerage initiatives.
\n
• Support the coordination of property signage, marketing vendors, printing services, and related expenses.
\n
• Maintain standardized templates, processes, and organizational systems to improve consistency and efficiency across the brokerage.
\n
• Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned by brokerage leadership.
\n

Front Desk Operations and Customer Service

\n

\n
• Serve as the first point of contact for Jones Aur, providing a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors, and vendors.
\n
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate team members.
\n
• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, organized reception area.
\n
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
\n
• Assist with preparing meeting spaces and coordinating hospitality for client meetings and office visitors.
\n
• Provide general administrative support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
\n
