Job Summary The Surgical Technician is a caregiver who assists the OR team in the scrub role during surgical/invasive procedures and assists in the preparation of the surgical suite area between cases. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation and supplies on the sterile field. Department: Operating Room Location: Englewood, NJ Status: Full Time Shift: Day Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12 Hour shifts) Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and a graduate of an Accredited Surgical Tech program. License/Certification/Registry: Certified Surgical Tech preferred. Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
