Job Details Job Location: Schenectady, NY 12308 Position Type: Per Diem Salary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Driver - Per-Diem Per Diem Flat Rate: $23.00/hr Hours are generally: 7AM-9AM and/or 1PM to 3:30PM We will pay for CDL or CDL Renewal. Responsibilities Drive individuals from their homes to Day program and back. Pay positive attention to all the individuals we serve. Assist passengers as needed and required (according to training). When needed, drive modified routes to allow for the addition of others on the bus. Maintain accurate mileage and attendance documents as required. Complete all mandated reporting requirements by Wildwood and regulating agencies, including: Van/car pre‑trip inspection and paperwork as required. Incident reports Agency documentation. Electronic timesheets. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. Have six months professional driving experience; driving box trucks (like UPS) or larger bus. Basic internet & Google suite skills. Certificates and Licenses Valid NYS driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage. Class B or C CDL license with P (passenger) endorsement preferred. Candidate Attributes A love of driving. The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive way. A professional demeanor.
