What You'll Do

• Lead a Preschool classroom
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.® Curriculum
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Foster independence, creativity, and kindergarten readiness skills
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Observe and track developmental progress and classroom activities
• Maintain compliance with Florida licensing and safety standards
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and contribute to overall classroom success

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning environment
• CDA Credential
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, Daycare Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, or Lead Teacher
