Make a real impact in the lives of K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working full-time in a dynamic educational setting near Houston, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for both seasoned clinicians and Clinical Fellows who are passionate about supporting student communication, language, and social-emotional growth.

You’ll serve an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites, collaborating with educators and specialists to ensure each child receives the individualized support they deserve. The district provides a supportive onboarding process and comprehensive training on their IEP system, ensuring a smooth start for new team members. Both direct and indirect (administrative) hours are recognized, so you can focus on what matters most: high-quality student care.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants are encouraged
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings strongly valued
• Knowledge of IEP development and documentation processes
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule across campuses
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Work efficiently with the district’s IEP systems, with training provided as needed
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and program compliance
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in team meetings and administrative duties, with support for indirect service hours
