Calibration Technician

For more information, visit Position Summary: You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our environmental monitoring products by calibrating various temperature and humidity monitoring devices. You will maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing directly to the safety and efficiency of our Calibration Lab. Essential Job Functions: Execute calibration procedures for temperature and humidity monitoring devices using standard calibration equipment. Analyze calibration data to identify and address any deviations from specified tolerances. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with devices,identifythe root cause, andimplement/documentcorrective action onan appropriate scale. Maintainaccurateand comprehensive calibration records for devices. Generate detailed calibration reports, highlighting deviations throughappropriate documentationin collaboration withqualityteam. Ensure that daily calibration procedures always adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Coordinate and aid inperformanceof necessary repairs or preventative maintenance of calibration equipment. Required Qualifications: Associate’degree or certification in a relevant technical field, or equivalentwork relatedexperience. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented witha high levelof precisioninwork. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. To Excel: Experience as a Calibration Technician, with a focus on temperature and humidity monitoring devices. Strong knowledge of calibration methodologies, standards, and equipment.
