divh2Rma Technician/h2pIteris is seeking an RMA Technician who will be responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and service to include: diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and completion of resolution. Candidates for this position should be excellent communicators with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, be detail-orientated and well-organized, and have a very strong commitment. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues is needed, with the ability to perform effectively with high quality with little direct supervision./ppWhat you will be doing:/pulliSimulate, emulate and troubleshoot customers issues and repair or replace the electronic component in a timely manner/liliProvide detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during functional test to assist in component-level troubleshooting/liliAdhering to Manufacturing Process instructions or other established procedures during the manufacturing process to produce a quality product/liliFollow all applicable work instructions to perform testing and repair processes/liliTake initiative to identify problems and their root causes as well as participate in implementing solutions/liliDiscuss problems (technical and process) encountered while testing/troubleshooting with manager and engineering staff and recommend solutions to improve work efficiency/liliEscalate product and process issues to management and help with problem resolution/liliFollow all corporate, safety and production procedures and regulations and maintains a clean and orderly workstation/liliPerform additional duties that may be given or assigned from time to time or as needed due to the demand of business/liliMay work longer hours when needed/li/ulpWhat you need to be successful in this role:/pulliHigh School degree or general education degree (GED)/liliOver three (3) years working in a manufacturing environment/liliOver two (2) years experience with RMA transactions and process handling/liliTroubleshooting, identification of electronic and mechanical failure modes/liliAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, written orders and specifications, blueprints, and instructions/liliFluent domain of the English language: Ability to read, write and speak English well/liliStrong organization and time management skills/liliSupport assembly as needed/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/liliMust be legally authorized to work in the United States/liliBilingual (English/Spanish), a plus/liliAbility to exert moderate physical effort, typically involving, some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 50 pounds)/li/ulpIteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $25.00 and $28.00 for this role.
